COVID-19 and Care – Shipping Resumed, Delays and More

We at TrueTech hope you're staying safe and well. TrueTech store stopped accepting, processing and shipping orders on March 22nd, 2020 due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on our production partners and their safety. The government-issued lockdown prohibited all non-essential businesses to shut down operations in all capacities. 

With recent updates and announcements from the government, we are excited to announce that from today, we are slowly resuming to process, accept and ship your orders once again! However, to ensure the safety of their employees, our production partners have a reduced capacity of production.

Our partners have limited the number of workers and physical processes to establish recommended social distancing and sanitizing standards. This means that the production is going to be slower and you may experience delays during shipping as well. We hope you understand and bare with us as we all strongly fight the pandemic. 

Our partners caretaking several safety measures to ensure their workers and your safety are their prime focus. 

For their employee's safety, they are limiting the number of employees at work, noting the temperatures of the employees before they enter the establishment and keeping track of the employee's health. Furthermore, they have staggered the shifts to 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, to ensure the premises are well sanitized and cleaned during the remaining hours. They are also frequently sanitizing shared equipment and are practicing social distancing at work. Workers are also made to wear gloves and safety masks, inside or outside the work premises. 

For shipments, we have resumed shipping within India for now (please check the serviceable pincodes), through Xpressbees Delhivery, and EKart Express for non-essential goods. FedEx shipments will be repurposed to these carriers. We are unable to ship internationally currently due to the unavailability of non-essential international shipment services. That said, TrueTech is closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation, we will share updates as necessary. 

Lastly, we wanted to conclude by saying that this is a ray of hope. We will fight COVID-19 just like we have fought other outbreaks in the past.
